You're not going to find a "nonpartisan" organization on this subject. They don't exist. Everyone has a position one way or the other.

But the media consistently fails to understand that economic growth is a critical part of the process; after all, that's why you're doing it. You cannot just assume that no growth occurs as a result of tax cuts, because historically, it does. We know that.

What is important, however, is leadership in getting past this so-called "fiscal cliff". And Obama is just not a leader. Period.
