Almost the same verbatim NYSE: SAI uses in every press release of theirs. Savvy investors know better.

JBII -- "assumptions made at the time of the report that may be outdated or incorrect or that may prove to be incorrect in the future"

NYSE: SAI -- "These statements reflect our belief and assumptions as to future events that may not prove to be accurate. Actual performance and results may differ materially from the guidance and other forward-looking statements made in this release"

Blah blah blah blah. ROFL!!!!!!

Here's an example: NYSE: SAI's own lawyers had them put this in the same press release that mentions their guidance, TWO PARAGRAPHS below their guidance:

"These statements reflect our belief and assumptions as to future events that may not prove to be accurate. Actual performance and results may differ materially from the guidance and other forward-looking statements made in this release depending on a variety of factors, including: our ability to declare future dividends based on our earnings, financial condition, capital requirements and other factors, including compliance with applicable law and agreements of the Company"
