Actually it did happen on Clinton's watch - they just failed to bring down the towers. Then Clinton let osama go which would have ended the future success.

Obama is incompetent - he purposely lowered the security profile in Libya to show how much we trust them while he knew al qaeda was in the area - what an idiot - or perhaps he really didn't know because he was too busy playing golf and going to Las Vegas and skipping all the security briefings - it's like he doesn't really want to be president - so let's send him packing.
