Not when it comes to income tax anyway. I think the guy who works for him (Tim Geithner) knows the difference. A little deferral of income tax that eventually had to be paid back as it Accrued. The IRS says Ignorance is not an excuse when you owe taxes.

I guess that's why we have auditors and CPA's. As you know, both make mistakes and sometimes use reported figures that are not correct or generally accepted. IMO-Eventually GAAP accounting issues come out in the wash.

In this desperate administration -IMO-New accounting rules apply -GABO. Generally accepted by Obama

I guess CNBC was a little embarrassed by their former boss.
