I will refine it...there is absolutely no evidence that economic growth is spurred by tax cuts to folks who will save the money..read that as folks who already have a bunch of it and need more like a hole in the head.
I'll give you the same kind of response I gave Bentway:

Be careful what you wish for. Giving others the power to decide who gets to save and who needs to pay their "fair share" is going to bite you in the butt.

Besides, we all know what "tax cuts" refer to. Not new cuts, just preservation of the existing ones.
