OTOT: Margaret, can you give us the reference to that study that concludes Olive oil is better can Canola? I want to look it up, assess methology, etc. As you know, one has to read the literature carefully and one study alone may not be conclusive, unless particularly well-done or shows some kind of tremendous statistically significant difference. Thanks in advance, Gary >It is more flavorful and if that new study about it being better than canola for some reason is right, it is worth it to me for that extra protection.
