"Dear Michael, in answer to your question regarding my share position, I am not a significant shareholder (less than 3%). I stand to benefit primarily, though not substantially, from company value based upon a successful merger taking place.
Regarding what the shareholders you communicate with can do, I would like to see only truthful, confirmed information which has been authorized and released by us discussed on the internet. Though I cannot control this, undue speculation, positive or negative, does not provide a clear picture.
I can assure you, we appreciate the offer of assistance and we may well need your help as we proceed. We may be in touch with you regarding this in the future.
