Interesting take blankmind--proving your moniker does not reflect reality. I think the only companies capable/willing to purchase ASND would be COMS or LU. I still can't figure why LU purchased Livingston when they should have gone after ASND to begin with. >6. not much overlap - with coms more focused on the lan and asnd focused on the internet, they fit together without much redundancy. if they work together to have their products work together then sales can be from end to end, and they could shutout csco.< Have to disagree on this point. Total Control is head to head against the MAX/TNT. However, I don't think COMS has much on the Frame Relay side of the shop, so the analogy is correct here. What do you think of ASND in the mid-20's? I would have never believed it one year ago. After the New Year, it seems there would be much more upside than downside. Hal
