Bernanke's policies blowing new bubbles not overbuilt the last cycle pulling activity forward especially in luxury apartments... Even in FL we are seeing newer class A apartment complexes turning over at record prices due to a combination of much higher rents and very low cap rates not seen in my lifetime..
