My broker at PW checked and the data is for the week of 11/2. This is the most current data. We were both surprised in that we have been operating under the assumption that the data released weekly was for the previous week. He is verifing that the weekly data is in fact four weeks old. Dosen't really make sense in that the monthly data is usually released in the first 15 days of the month for the previous month. It obviously was responsible for limiting any further gains today as the data is released mid-day. Hopefully we'll close it above 40. Will post any clarification. sf
