It does. It achingly simple, but it has massive implications for the future of this country. Sometimes, the simplest solution is the best one. This time, we need someone like Volcker to return the US to sustainable growth. Bernanke has no clue what he's doing. Romney will most likely appoint Taylor, who is more in the Volcker camp of stable money, rather than the Bernanke camp of Keynesianism.
