No problem!! And btw, the SAC no longer exists. If I mail anything it is solely as a shareholder passing on company news releases without opinion to other sharholders. Even then I'm loath to do so.
Btw, My debate with the former Waaco Kid Forum/Streetlevel moderator/reporter in question is that, as such, his comments were written under journalistic priviledge to a private forum. However, a journalist is a journalist and their comments while engaged in this status, and whereby a heavily touted company, GIFS, subsequently was halted, naturally bring concern to interested parties. GIFS received a major portion of this journalist coverage/commentary, and thus, any comments by this reporter are available to be publically scrutinized.
As a private citizen, his situation would be and is different. In his past performance as a journalist, I am perfectly within my rights to call his "news coverage" into question adn openly debate it.
Also, his threats to sue any and all individuals who formerly subscribed to the GRNO Gossip Forum(SAC), constitutes public harassment and slander/libel in its own right and it would be well advised to take this into account. There are a ton of people who would enjoy the discovery process that would be involved in any legal action relating to GIFS.
I have sent a list of questions related to GIFS to this individual. Once I have satisfactory answers to the negative, I will cease to question his activities related to GIFS and his activities as a reporter/moderator for the Waaco Kid Forum. I will not post these questions or answers unless future evidence of impropriety are presented to me.
I do not, in all sincerity, expect to receive an answer from this party.
