The only trouble is that TD does not allow shorting at less than $1. Nevertheless, I made some money when I shorted the common at ~$1 then bought back, maintaining a neutral delta hedge, as the stock declined. (sell high buy lower) The money I made exceeded the 6.25% yield of the debenture, so, foregoing the endeavour for upside gains, I hope to double the debenture yield by maintaining a neutral (delta) hedge.

I expect the upside to be dull because of delta hedging by funds, and certainly blame it for lack of price move recently I hope that increased production will force price over $1 to allow my continuation of neutral hedging to satisfy my thirst for high yield (and low risk).
