Dear Rob: It took ALYD a long time but their situation far different from TPRO. ALYD was originally a "Development Stage" company with huge losses so they didnt meet the required ratios etc. However once the SEC gave their blessing the NASDAQ listing took about 2 weeks. Incidentally, now up 5 points for the day or about 40%. Isnt that incredible? JDN
