I guess that depends on how distracted MGT was with this foolishness. This has no impact on FDA process, publication efforts (we hope), or cash burn....but it does shorten the forward looking time line until they can sort out the next avenue for securing cash in the bank. Not sure what potential parters (if there really were any) would be thinking now; inept effort by Maxim or a problem with PVCT business vision, or both? The list of items PVCT does not have in hand has grown by one more item today.... How many more days left in 2012? Good news for MGT is that it is a crisp, sunny, fall day in Knoxville; so as they head for home early this afternoon at least they have that to look forward to.
