We're close to retirement and will be on a modest fixed income, and most likely won't ever reach the annual maximum income level of $200,000. As retirees, we'd be grateful for this "windfall", and I assume so will millions of other middle class folks in our position. I found this on his website, and it looks like it is aimed at the middle class. Eliminate taxes for taxpayers with AGI below $200,000* on interest, dividends, and capital gains* mittromney.com What have you heard and do you have any links? I've heard about this part of the plan for some months now.
