I have been responding personally to those who have contacted me. I thought it might be a good idea to post this for those who had additional questions:
NDB offers a flat rate commission for all domestic BB stocks regardless of price or number of shares. For internet trades, the commission is $14.75 for market orders and $19.75 for limit orders.
The fastest way to transfer securities is known as a DTC transfer. Give your new account number and our clearing number (0443) to your old brokerage firm. Cash cannot be DTC'd.
The $2,000 minumum can be in cash, securities or a combination of the two.
Our offer is for 5 free trades plus a $25 AT&T long distance gift certificate per account. This can be used for your phone bill regardless of your long distance carrier.
I am compiling a list of those who have contacted me. It would be great if someone could send me a master list so that I can credit everyone with the free trades and send out the certificates.
If anyone has any additional questions feel free to contact me: jcullen@ndb.com. Telephone 800-888-3999.
I wish everyone the best of luck in their trading.
