The company's spin is that management terminated the offering due to "current market conditions." What BS. The offering terminated because it failed.....the broker could not find sufficient buyer interest to proceed with the offering. Maxim was still calling me this week to try to place the offered shares. "Current market conditions" translates into no investor interest. If management hadn't raped and pillaged the company with their ridiculous undeserved self-determined salaries and bonuses over the last few years, the company would not be in the dire financial crisis it is in today. Management's failure to meet deadlines and poor trial design just compounded the problems. The existing financial crisis is a self-inflicted wound. We need to get rid of these bozos and replace them with competent management.
