That isnt correct at all. in fact, the delay of the IPO was in fact Maxim finding the 300 investors and when they did they set an offering date. it was Maxim retail brokers working, not for PVCT, but for its other clients in recommending selling common to buy PVCTP or even SHORTING the common thinking the company would be forced to raise the money with an 'at market' conversion ratio which isnt the case as they just terminated the deal. where do you get your facts? sesame street???
