Luis:

The gold market has accelerated the decline of BGO, however, the company was particularly vulnerable to this environment because of missteps by company management including and most importantly, a complete lack of candor as it pertains to its mining and exploration efforts. Because of this, BGO will probably be one of the last and slowest to recover once the price of gold begins to improve.
