So Aegerion's drug and Isis' kynamro both given a thumbs up by the AC, with a REMS suggested. Isis is still halted. Aegerion looks to be a formidable competitor. Oral dosing, different side effect profile, somewhat better looking efficacy numbers (though not all of the data has been published). And an earlier PDUFA date, to boot.

Would not expect a big pop here on ISIS.
