GOOG has really dominated the financial news today. I was initially upset when FNN was purchased by CNBC, who's parent company was GE . As you point out I believe NBC and the umbrella companies were sold from GE this past year.

I also read that MSFT had terminated their joint venture in MSNBC, in just the past few months.
