I've never met a colombiano i liked, and i've never met an ecuadorean i didn't like ... for what it's worth, only personal experience, though from a great number of data points in multiple countries including this one where our household and social circle both operate largely on spanish and for years we volunteered at a 'multicultural centre' which is a federal effort to help immigrants with english, involved thousands of individual contacts including visiting musicians and stage acts
As for argentinos, met good bad and indifferent, average pretty decent but note that they are the ones who left ... a couple nearby who are good friends and are from a famous ski resort there would not under any circumstances whatever invest a nickel in the country, having been burnt severely at least twice, leaving with nothing after being wiped out the first time, then helping a brother who was building a business that got utterly destroyed by cyclical nonsense endemic to the country
The very name Gran Colombia is from a temporary country dominated by colombianos and venezolanos [don't even get me started on them], from which Ecuador escaped soon after formation, to put as much boundary as possible between themselves and the fantastically stupid bloodymindedness of the others - and Ecuador included the shuar who practiced the most quantity and best quality of all the headshrinking in history .... going back millenia, according to legend, and continuing to present day, the insane violence of Colombia always has and still does stick out compared to the rest of the continent even, which is really saying something
So thoughts like this are behind my motivation to first scan any company or just pass on to something else ... can't dance with all the girls, prefer to avoid those with hatchets in their bloomers anyway ... haven't spent ten minutes total looking at gcm.to, it's excellent mineral potential for sure, good luck with it, i will very definitely be sticking with dmm.to, taking big risk with local impulse to confiscatory socialism but feeling somewhat vindicated when it was greatly reduced with tuesday's news
