Thanks John. Yes it is a shame. At least we have one signed deal instead of no signed deals in the past. You would think Delmar could hire Rob to bring the price up, then sell some of his shares at a higher price which would more than pay for LBI's fee. That would get this thing moving. Can't understand it. They have more going for them now than before.

Any news from anyone about the letter of intent project that was in the $90,000,000 - $120,000,000 range?
