Tech, give me some insight on what I'm about to ask. Now lets see, you're going to sell and buy back tomorrow. Unless I had a capital loss to overcome what would be the advantage of this move? I think Alyd would have to drop below $15.125 in order to come out on this move when I include the tax man in this picture. Is my thinking right or is something missing. I cant see how this will help unless I think the stock will drop that much. Personally I think it will go up more so I don't want to more create taxable income for the year. Also, we can look for a BIG article in the Charlotte Observer that would announce the Dupont deal, according to my little bird. Thank for the insight, Robert
