I hope you are right. I have highlighted too many times to count what conditions suggest a great buying opportunity but I will do it again.

1.) Deeply oversold market
2.) Huge Rise in the VIX
3.) More Bears than Bulls in the Investors Intelligence Poll

We remain largely overbought though not the XLK, or technology stocks, as much as some other sectors:
