as far as i know the company does not yet have the official assays. They would only be basing any decision they made on a visual observation of the core. When you are dealing with 1 gram gold in a tonne of rock that gold could be broadly disseminated. Ergo even with a magnifying glass it would be hard to see the microscopic flecks of gold... So the assays must speak. Now the only facts i've seen about the high south zone is they hit quartz carbonite and pyrritic rock and someone on the sh board has associated that kind of rock with other gold bearing deposits in the area... they also have some surface grab samples of gold bearing rock.... so what to conclude. wait until the assays come out.... dino would be the one to ask as to why the quick move to a financing... Do you take a chance and wait.. Look how gold and the dow are getting smacked today. If you need money and you are on the ropes the people who supply you will tend to be determined to bleed you dry in exchange.. so maybe dino took advantage of the interest and secured the companies financial position at an opportune moment
