Milk; If a stock stays under $1 for 30 days AND they are given a 90 day written notice, then the clock starts ticking. The company has 90 days to get the the stock back above $1. It has to remain above $1 for 10 consequetive trading days to remain on the NASDAQ small cap.

A stock is not delisted in that it can no longer be traded if it falls below $1 for 30 days. It just trades on the BB: OTC.

From what I read in the financials back when I first did my due diligence, they were given a 90 day notice and had until February to stop the clock. BCMD has traded above $1 for more than 10 consequetive days and the clock stopped ticking in October.
