Dan, just hope the Demo's have control of the Senate, or at least control of 40 plus votes to filibuster any Republican legislation. Then, the Demo can use the filibuster as how Romney has not been effective in his four years. If that is the case it will be fun to watch.

But, before January the action of Obama and the Senate will be able to bargain with the Republicans regarding the financial cliff.
