Yesterday, Rep. Mac Thornberry (R-TX) said the Obama administration "misled" Congress if in fact Obama knew it was terrorism within 24 hours. Thornberry says this because during briefings on the attacks, the administration gave Congress with the same explanation that U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice put forward when she said the attacks were "not pre-planned or premeditated" on FOX NEWS Sunday Sept. 16. Thornberry says that if Rice knew better at the time, "it means we have a real problem in not being able to face up to the national security challenges our country faces."
