As LB said, it's just a head fake. They would rather deal with Obama, so they will agree to stop the enrichment and agree to inspections - for 3 weeks. Obama will be able to announce that he got the Iranians to stop their nuclear program. Winner!! Then he will announce that he found and killed the people responsible for the Libyan attack. Winner!! The Iranians have NEVER kept their word. It's part of their doctrine to lie to the infidels.
