Hi Randy: >>could you please elaborate on your take on the potential and/or probable liabilty facing IPIC?<<

Please read my previous posts as if anything the evidence that has developed since I started posting further supports my points. [Also read the Barrons piece again if you did not]

As to the generic drug I was refering to in my previous post, try Aspirin. My homework includes discussions with research neurologists including an MD/Ph.D. at Columbia's Presbiterean, and a MD at the New England medical center in Boston.

Except as stated in a previous post, aside for the stock dividend risk I mention, I feel very comfortable with my position. I do not feel the need/desire to invest any more of my time convincing anyone of anything on IPIC.

So I will again stop posting. You are free to interpret my action in any way you see fit (e.g., come to the conclusion that the Redux liability issue is history and that citicoline will not only be aproved in record time but also will be the "blockbuster" in stroke treatment we are all waiting for). I will however, let people know about any changes I make in my position (e.g., addding to my short, covering, even possibly going long, etc.)

Regards,

Pancho

PS: BTW I also hold a Ph.D. [from MIT] but I am neither a Neurologist nor an MD.
