dooms days scary scenario, in the same vein I wonder what about CA leaving the good old USA, or NY or NV or ILL all in debt over their heads.

IMHO it would be cheaper to close down the dens of thieves and swindlers on WS and Citi of London, and bringing back Vlad Tzepesh the Impaler to decorate down town NYC with some WS firms chieftains and same in London, HK, Tokyo and Frankfurt.

The soner the better.
