Tax breaks aren't 'government benefits', douchebag.

Roads are paid for by the gasoline tax, which is a reasonable apportionment of their costs (although, today, it would make more sense to do it with user fees, since you no longer have to have toll collectors).

The judicial system is, IMO, a legitimate function for government and a rational case can be made that it isn't income redistribution.

If I need to modify my previous statement with "redistribution" consider it done. You know the point.
