All this rationalization about the earnings/revenue downgrade cracks
me up.

It is never good for a stock (in the short term) to have it's earnings
estimates lowered. It causes fear amongst stock holders, scares new
buyers away, and causes funds to stay away until the dust clears.

Fund managers like buying stocks who's outlook keeps brightening,
not the reverse. The new revenue number estimate (253 million) really scares
me. I figured that by now that Jazz would be contibuting alot more than
this to revenues. This revenue figure is on par with Q1 (Jazz-less quarter.),
and much less than Q2. I remember seeing some wildly bullish estimates
of 400million+ for Q3! (go back and check posts a few months ago.. You'll
see). I could care less about actual earnings... but revenues..

Just some thoughts,
