I just reviewed a permit map of the Taranaki and indeed Shell has applied for rights immediatly offsetting INDX's new Permit 38723.

I would put money on it Shell partner's with INDX. They are already partners with Fletcher in the Taranaki and Boral on the East Coast. Boral is on of Australia's largest gas producers. Very interesting.

There is a big story developing here. Went long at $4.00 and now going to average in at $3.15

Come on Guidi get a rig or Licky's comin to get ya.
