If Illustra went for $386 million when purchased by Informix, then IMGX, with better technology that actually works, would be valued at $11.02 per share. That figure is based from an estimated 35 million shares outstanding after the preferred stock is converted. Does anyone know what Illustra was actually doing in revenues before it was actually purchased?

Thanks,
Jay
