With 70% of all NYSE stocks already on point and figure buy signals the field position is not great. stockcharts.com If we were to break down here and head lower believe it would be contained and would not expect large percentage pull back in the broad mkt as long as the euro remains stable at these levels and Spanish bond yields remain at current levels bloomberg.com - If either of those gauges of the situation in Europe deteriorate then I'd get more concerned. As long as the tail risk from Europe is perceived to be off the table I expect any sell offs to be short and shallow.
