I hope this is not a repeat question:

Issue #3) Brad said that "approximately 10M" shares are held by insiders. Obviously the fewer shares held by them, the more shares we need. The issue here is that I'd prefer a more thorough accounting of these 10M shares.

Are these 10M "insider" shares in cert form?

In addition to, as Alan said, knowing PERIOD if the 50M shares owned by the 4 other companies are in cert form, these (issue #3) 10M are a big factor also and their status (restricted, cert form ?) also needs to be known.
