Exxon exploited the oil. The purpose of this acquisition is to develop the natural gas. The depleted oil well is for Class II and Class V waste disposal. This acquisition is GAS, CLASS II, CLASS V NOT JUST SCROUNGING FOR THE LAST BIT OF OIL!!! TraderGreg
