They would NOT have gone through a liquidation. There is no way in hell that might have happened. It isn't even remotely conceivable, and that remark shows just how little Obama knows about this subject.

This discussion is being had among the ignorant. The claim there would have been no money available is a lie, HAD GM gone through a normal process, when they came out the other side they would have been a viable business and investors would have lined up to fund it. But the corrupt process Obama used resulted in a GM that cannot survive. Which is the reason no one wants their lousy stock today.

If you understood anything at all about finance you would know this.
