All in all it does appear to be an over reaction, Dr. J. I hope for the sake of diabetics that they don't take the drug off the market. GLX was most likely just being cautious, but now the media is blowing up the story and causing more damage.

As far as LGNDW goes, I think its a great buy here considering that LGND should have good news coming and that this is the high season for biotechs. LGND has had a correction which most of us believe has taken it far below its fair value. I think both Henry and Ken are correct in regard to their appraisal of where the stock price is headed although their timeline is far too optimistic.

I don't think it is likely any major news will be released tomorrow but it is a possibility and would sure be nice. Conference has gotten virtually no press as yet--should happen soon though. We are expecting favorable Panretin P3 trial results before year end. And those 3 articles that Henry mentioned a while ago. Perhaps today's hoopla over Rezulin will stinulate the release of some of those articles. Its about time someone did a story on Targretin for diabetes.

BTW, in my last post about Rezulin, the last word of the post should have been WLA and not LLY. I was suggesting some of LGND's rise was due to the WLA news.
