I don't know if we made all the difference, however the internet is certainly spreading the word a lot quicker than my old research reports did 20 years ago. The activity in AMES today was very heartening. All signs seem to point to improvement over last holiday season. AMES looks very impresive on Zacks, (and cheap too). Consensus estimate for year ending 1/31/98 is up $0.04 over the consensus last month, and the number 1 of 27 ranking within the discount retailling group speaks volumes of AMES marketing efforts.
