on going negotiations with sea were mentioned on the amk board.... i also saw reference for a possible advance of monies by sea... it is in one of mr. molsons posts and it is just a random thought thrown out....well what would sea pay for... an option to acquire the right to use treaty creek property as a tunnel route... i understand they have some kind of right of way rights but they still need to work out some accommodation with the owners of treaty creek.... hence mr. molsons cash payment makes sense.... it wouldn't be all that large industry wise but a payment i would suspect of a few million dollars of good faith... just speculating here
