the last sentence in the next-to-last paragraph is the part of the romney argument for bankruptcy that obama misses, aka, lies about, when he says romney would have just let the car companies go away.

that sentence is the debtor in possession financing that romney proposed the federal government provide that all the dems say romney's normal style of bankruptcy for the car companies would not provide. what the dems are always doing is taking advantage of the vast majority of the public who have not the first idea how a bankruptcy procedure is done. they always seem to want to treat the public like mushrooms by not providing correct information.
