Look at this blatant lie by Obammy's Carnival Barker Jay Carney...what a proper name for this circus clown: "What the president said last night was a reiteration of what his position has long been," Carney said. “The sequester that was designed and passed by Congress was never meant to become policy, it was never meant to be implemented." Um dipshits, Congress doesn't pass laws they write them. Obammy signed it into law. Oops Carney you left that part out. If it was never to be implemented, why did Obammy sign it into law?
