HMS Holdings poised for strong 2H13 revenue ramp, says Wells Fargo finance.yahoo.com After conducting checks, Wells Fargo believes that HMS has won deals with 30 of the 41 states that have selected a vendor to search for fraud and over-billing in the Medicaid RAC program. The firm expects HMS' revenues from these deals to peak in 2H13 and it maintains an Outperform rating on HMS.
