Well, for an intermediate term low, we would need %bulls < %bears in the II survey. But I don't think we are looking at an intermediate term low right here. I think we are looking at an incremental up market, gathering up just enough bearishness to maintain the wall of worry. Once we gradually break to new ATH, sometime after that, we'll have an intermediate term correction with II survey %bears > %bulls. At least, that is what I think will happen.
