I called the company today regarding the demo date and was told that someone would get back to me. No response as of yet.

I really don't care how, when, or where they do the demo but it would be nice to have a press release when it is done. It would certainly maximize shareholder value. If I were holding warrants and no announcement was made, I'd be pissed (upset).
