That's what should happen! However, we live in a strange world where interest rate parity doesn't exist. Normal rules of finance would have the dollar climbing with stronger bond yields, and I'm confident that will work in the long term. For now, the dollar keeps moving opposite the direction of the 10 year, today being a rare exception with both moving a little higher.
